Chapel Hill is a new development within the southern Overland Park expansion, located south of 167th Street and east of Pflumm Road. It was originally developed in 2009 and is currently on the fifth phase of construction. The neighborhood has over 14 great builders to choose from and features many of Johnson County’s most-desirable home plans. This beautiful community showcases upscale homes, well-manicured yards, and winding streets with underground utilities.
