Nottingham Downs is a quiet community of large, well-kept homes. It is located between Metcalf and Nall Avenues, north of 127th Street and south of 123rd Street. This location offers quick access to I-69 Highway so you can easily get anywhere in the city.

There are an abundance of shopping centers near Nottingham Downs. To the south at Corbin Park, you’ll find anything and everything, from premium retailers and boutiques to sports centers and home goods stores with every day and upscale dining options throughout. To the north are Town Center Plaza, Town Center Crossing, Hawthorne Plaza, and Camelot Court, an enormous grouping of outdoor retail shopping centers and restaurants that provide an upscale shopping experience the whole family can enjoy.
